We are cheered to read of yet another historic Odeon cinema being restored, in this instance for the benefit of future generations of Cestrians (people from Chester). The large cinema, built in 1936 to designs by Henry Weedon and Robert Bullivant, is currently being restored as an arts centre by Storyhouse.
